Is QuickBooks included in the monthly price?
No — QuickBooks Online and payroll software are generally billed separately unless intentionally bundled into a custom package. We'll be upfront about total cost before anything starts.
What happens if I go over my transaction limit?
We'll flag it with you and discuss whether an upgrade to the next plan makes sense, or whether we can handle the overage. No surprise charges.
Can I start with catch-up bookkeeping and then move to monthly?
Yes — that's the most common path. We do a cleanup project first, then transition into a monthly plan once the books are current.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Contact us to discuss. We may be able to offer adjusted pricing for annual commitments on a case-by-case basis.
